Cancellation Policy
All NEW CLIENTS are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a Client Intake Form for their service, Except for readings. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours or more in advance. Emergency issues will be taken into consideration. To be determined by Sisters Of Solace. (Then a credit would be issued to be used at another date). For Gift Certificate holders and Clients with Packages...If you DO NOT call to cancel/reschedule your scheduled appointment And DO NOT show up, Sisters Reserves The Right To use your Gift Certificate or one of your Package Bookings.
