60 Minute Individual Sound Bath Session

Service Description

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves from crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and a rain stick. Drums may be incorporated as well. During the sound bath, you will lie on your back. Then The sound healing practitioner facilitates the experience with you by guiding you through a mediation while playing the sound bowls. Benefits of Sound Baths *Calms your body and mind. *Reduces stress and anxiety. *Increases focus and clarity. *Decreases tension and fatigue. *Boosts your mood and reduces feelings of anger. *Improves sleep. *Elevates feelings of spiritual well-being. The sound from the singing bowls can actually change your brain waves to types of waves that make you feel relaxed. The sound waves from the bowl act on the energy field of your body and cause you to relax. Massage table, blankets and pillows are provided for you to lay down for this session.

Cancellation Policy

All NEW CLIENTS are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a Client Intake Form for their service, Except for readings. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours or more in advance. Emergency issues will be taken into consideration. To be determined by Sisters Of Solace. (Then a credit would be issued to be used at another date).
