In this months talk...Christine discusses how to create a Life Tool Box that will help you to deal with life as it unfolds. These tools are ways of releasing, letting go & healing from what ails us daily. Whether it be emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual. Everyone should have a "Tool Box" that they can go to and use one or more of these tools to help us through whatever we are going through.

Christine will also show you breathing exercises, and do a short meditation for relaxing.
