About the event
Join us for a 1 day retreat. We will be doing Introductions, Intentions, Meditation, Mindfulness exercises, and messages from the Angel Oracle Decks.
You will be provided with Journals, Pens, Lunch, Snacks, Coffee, Tea, Water, and a Gift Bag.
Space is limited to 15 People.
Christine will be facilitating this event. She also had an all day retreat back in the spring and it was so much fun!!
Please bring mats pillows, blankets, or what ever you need to be comfortable on the floor for meditations. You may also just sit in a chair if you prefer.
I will be getting in touch will everyone beforehand to discuss any dietary needs/issues.
