Reiki Infused Sound Bath

Relax, center yourself, and take a journey with Christine during a 90-minute reiki-infused sound bath. She will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help ground you. Then, moving inward during a beautiful sound bath infused with reiki energy! What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves. The vibrations of the sounds has healing benefits and brings you to a state of deep relaxation. You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets with a pillow and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What is Reiki? Reiki (universal life force energy) is a form of holistic, natural, hands-on healing that involves the transfer of energy through practitioner to client to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself by removing blockages and balancing their energy. The system heals on all levels: emotionally, mentally, physically, & spiritually

How is Reiki infused in a sound bath? For this session, reiki will not be given hands-on. Instead, Christine allows the reiki energy to flow through her during the session and before we begin she'll explain this to everyone, and if you’re interested in receiving the reiki, you’ll simply tell yourself “I’m open to receiving reiki during this sound bath” and the energy will flow to you. Reiki can be sent from a distance and still has all the same benefits as receiving it hands-on (Which she will set a Distance energy Healing in the room as well).
