Relax, center yourself, and take a journey with Christine during a 90-minute reiki-infused sound bath. She will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help ground you. Then, moving inward during a beautiful sound bath infused with reiki energy! What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves. The vibrations of the sounds has healing benefits and brings you to a state of deep relaxation. You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets with a pillow and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds.
