About the event

What does it mean to live in the present moment?

Live in the moment where being present allows you to enjoy life. Life isn’t meant to be lived in the deep corners of your mind. You can find so much joy, purpose, and meaning in life by focusing on the present moment. Living in the present allows you to notice the little moments and things that bring you joy.

We need to live more in the moment. Living in the moment—also called mindfulness —is a state of active, open, intentional attention on the present. When you become mindful, you realize that you are not your thoughts; you become an observer of your thoughts from moment to moment without judging them.

Vibration Sound can create an amazing change in our bodies and our minds.

Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also be able to help with certain physical and mental health conditions.

Many studies have explored the therapeutic effects of sound —especially vocal sound exercises on the human body. Sound frequencies can induce decreased stress, which may influence moods, enhance meditation, improve sleep patterns, and even promote faster healing.

Most people say they feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough. Others may go to some other place, which is known as "a mental state in which you are not quite awake and not quite asleep.
