January's Sound Bath

This month I bring you the sound bath for motivation and positivity. During this meditation, we will work on removing blocks and stuck energy. That may be hindering us emotionally and mentally. Through the sounds of the vibrational bowls and the assistance of the angels, we will clear out doubt, fears, worries, and anything else standing in your way of moving forward. Be sure to bring your mats, pillows, blankets, or anything else you need to lay comfortably on the floor.
