A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments. An energy clearing sound bath specifically focuses on releasing stagnant or negative energy from the body and mind.
What happens during an energy clearing sound bath:
The Experience:
Participants lie down on mats (Please Bring Mat, Pillow(s), and a blanket)
Eyes are closed, and the focus is on deep breathing and receiving the sound
Sessions last 90 minutes
