What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves come from various instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and even the human voice. The sounds help to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster a sense of peace.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever else you need to lay on the floor comfortably. If you have a anti gravity chair you may bring that as well.
